The Fudge Making Process

Murdick's Fudge has been making fudge and brittle with the same recipes since 1887.
Murdick's Fudge is made on the premises.

		Melting the ingredients and mixing.
		Pouring onto cold marble table which absorbs the heat. Frame used to hold the liquid.
		Adding nuts.

		Fudge needs constant attention during the cooling process.
		And there's the finished loaf. After this 1/2 pound slices are cut for sale.
